    FSSK Women’s Club – Message from the President & Board

    Happy New Year! Welcome to our webpage, we have so much planned for 2023!  Check out the website for updates, events, photos and more.   Always check our Announcements section for updated information, as well as the Calendar.  

    About the Women’s Club

    The Women’s Club goal is to promote interaction and socialization, which helps to maintain a healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically for the women living in the FSSK community.  Our members have committed themselves to community service, fundraising, day trips, as well as organizing social venues at the clubhouse and outside of FSSK. The Women’s Club also collaborates with our Men’s Club to provide a healthy social atmosphere in our community.  

    Our annual dues are $25.00 per year. Women residents may sign up for the Women’s Club at any time during the year. Membership forms are available at the Ambassador’s Desk and printable PDFs are on the webpage under “Resources & General Forms.” 

    The club was organized in 2007 by one of our residents, Nancy Grosselfinger. Meetings are conducted on the 3rd Monday of every month, at 7pm, in the clubhouse ballroom. At these meetings guest speakers may address the membership with topics of interest. Different activities are also scheduled.

    MPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!  THE MEN’S CLUB WEBSITE & THE WOMENS CLUB WEBPAGES ARE GOING THROUGH A MAJOR OVERHAUL TO UPDATE TO 2023 TECHNICLE REQUIREMENTS. PLEASE HAVE PATIENTS AS WE WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS. 

    THE SAME INFORMATION WILL BE AVILABLE IN SIMPLIFIED FORMAT, AS WE MOVE THROUGH THE PHASES OF THE UPGRADE. THIS WILL NOT AFFECT SIGN UP FOR EVENTS.

    REMINDERS:

    • RED BOWS are available for a donation of $5.00 each to support our charitable effort for the American Heart Association. Bows will be available at the ambassador’s desk from Jan. 5th until Feb. 17th.  Please pay by check. 
    • Orders for the new Mahjong cards are completed.  Sometime in March the cards will be mailed out individually to each club member. 
    • Photos can be found on our Photo Gallery page.
    • Car Wash Tickets are still available – and make great gifts! Have grandkids that started driving? Give them a ticket. Questions? Contact Marion Martinos.
    • Mark your Calendar for 2023 Upcoming Events.  More information to follow.
    • Going forward watch for emails for each event that will contain detailed information about registering online. Handouts are available that explain how to sign-up at the ambassador’s desk & in our printable form section.
