| The Ocean County Human Services Advisory Council are county-based planning, advisory, and coordinating organizations dedicated to helping the community meet its human service’s needs. An HSAC seeks to facilitate and enhance the delivery of human services through collaborative relationships across the county, and between the counties and State agencies. |
- Assess human service needs of Ocean County
- Plan to meet Ocean County’s human service needs
- Implement programs and services to address needs
- Monitor programs and services on a continuing basis to ensure appropriateness of service delivery
