Welcome to New Member sign up for the Men’s Club of Four Seasons at South Knolls

PLEASE REVIEW THE WEBSITE FOR DETAILES BOUT THE CLUB

Membership fee is $30 annually and it includes full access to our website, events and activities. 

  1. Fill out your information in the below Application, including the survey. When done, click SUBMIT.
  2. You will then receive an email that you are signed up for the Men’s Club. Please make your payment. You can pay by check or credit card/PayPal. Checks can be dropped off at the concierge’s desk in the FSSK Clubhouse.
  3. Once you have made your payment. A link will be sent to your email.
  4. Click on the link and fill out your Logon information including user ID and Password to register. Write your password down.  After you register, you will receive an email explaining that your account is being reviewed by one of the Club’s board members.  Once approved, you will receive a second email indicating you are approved.
  5. At this point, your membership is active and you have full access to our web site.  You can now logon under the SECURITY tab menu item at the top of the main page.

Sponsored Events Fundraisers – I would like to volunteer and assist for events and activities such as: Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund Walks (JDRF), FRA Downs Syndrome events, Lyme Disease, Pasta Night, St Patrick’s Dinner, etc.(required)
Refreshments – I would like to volunteer and assist in setting up, serving and/or cleaning up after events.(required)
Men’s Club Sales (apparel) – I would like to assist as a backup at General Meetings to promote and sell merchandise, 50/50.tc. (required)
Sunshine Committee – I would like to assist in the committee’s work to acknowledge Families of Ill or recently deceased Club members by sending cards, fruit baskets. etc.(required)
