WC 2026-2027 YEARLY Membership Registration Application – Revised

The Women’s Club membership Application for 2026-2027 will be completed on-line.  (Previous members must sign up for the new year.)

We invite all women in our community who are interested in interacting with other community members, fostering new relationships, supporting our incredible fund-raising events and participating in events on and off site. 

Please sign up online before paying dues

All fields marked with a red (*) are required.   You will receive an error if they are not completed.

Once you are registered, you can pay your annual dues via check for $25.  Please make checks payable to FSSK  & write ‘Yearly Dues’ in Memo.

Place Check in an Envelope. 

Print Your Name & ‘Membership Dues’ on envelope & bring check to the Ambassador’s Desk.
